Hi for the 2nd time today! This was a great day, we celebrated my husband’s B-Day today. Everything turned out just as I had planned.Quiet,peaceful day that even included a nap for him! Un-heard of! Lots of friends and family tonight at the best pizza place in town,The New Bethel Ordinary,in Wanamaker. this is where he chose to go,just not expecting friends to show up. We surprised him! Pizza and beer for 10! I wanted to take him to Bravos but he wanted to go to this little dive,and they do have great pizza! If you go ask for Gayla best waitress in Indy!        His birthday and his choice. We came back home later for coconut cake and ice creme,his favorite again!                                      

That was pretty much the day. Fun,quiet, peaceful, perfect! Hope today was everything you hoped for and then some. Tomorrow should be fun, Church and a Horizon House fundraiser,I’ve never been but am looking forward to it. Right now I have a giant headache so I’m heading toward a hot bubble bath and some soft Jammie’s. I may even watch TV in bed.  God bless you all,  Luvs & Hugs,  Becky

GOOOOOOOD Morning, I guess if I were to name this blog,I mean officially name this blog,It would have to be called “JUST THINKIN,” because I say that alot. So ……. I was just thinkin. Wouldn’t it be an amazing venture if God would give our churches the courage to truly befriend the poor,the broken, the diseased,and the dying. I know that through some prayer,and God’s help,we can strike up enough courage to invite the lost into our family-even if it cost us our comfortable,sadate lives. Sometimes all it takes is just asking. Hello Blogsters, Hope all is well, I don’t know about you but I’m about nuts listening to all the election speaches and hoopla that goes with it I could scream.I could turn off the TV and that would make it all go away but I feela certain responsibility as to understand fully who I am voting for to run our country. I just want to share someting with you that you won’t hear on TV. So here we go,   Did you know that this past year  11,000 abortions have taken place here in our state alone? Sounds like alot doesn’t it? Well, 7,000 of these were here in Marion County alone. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays are “abortion days”at certain clinics here in Indianapolis and the lives of many innocent little angels come to a violent end. It’s Thursday morning and I was just wondering how many defenseless children will be killed today in our proud city, being”procedure day” As followers of Jesus, we must choose life-not death- and vote for such values in every election. God has called you and I to follow Him, let us follow Him by helping little children around us that so  desperately need our help.   Vote responsibly,do some research, find all the facts before voting day. I had the opportunity of working with the youth at our church for several years,and witnessed lots of different situations that these kids would deal  with on a daily basis. Some too raw around the edges to mention. This one little gal, has always stayed on my mind, and forever in my prayers.I’ve lost track of her,and wonder all the time how she is doing,where she ended up. Sweet,pretty, little angel, whom I spent endless hours,just listening to. This is about her. Don’t let your children slip through your fingers,hold on tight,and hear them when they speak. I think I learned far more from her than she did from me,such a blessing.

She said and she loved God,met with Him every day of her life. When nothing eles would come to mind she would just say out loud ” JESUS” and go on with her day. She said she never really fit in, she was never pretty enough, or slim enough, or rich enough, for any one to notice her. She asked me,where was God then? Her tears poured down like rain,she had anger on her face,but a true softness about her stepped in but you had to look close to see it. She was kind natured and really had no friends,sitting at home on weekends,wishing someone would call. Her parents were harsh, they worked endless hours,they had no idea this angel cryed all the time. Money was scarce but they still made ends meet, sacrifices so many almost un-noticed. One day they’ll notice when she’s all grown up,history has a way of repeating itself,someday she’ll work all the time,she will be a mirror image of the harshness, and she too will work endless hours.No time for her daughter until she realizes, it’s too late,sacrifices so many ,almost un-noticed

Hi there good people!Fall is back in the air again! hallelujah!  I can’t get enough of this,weather it is sooo nice! It’s funny how weather sets the tone for the day. I get so much more done when we have sunshine and perfect temps. Keeps my spirits high!                    

Well, we have employees, hallelujah again! Hired a crew this morning, I spent the morning with insurance people trying  to get that set up,I think I might have signed my life away. (not sure)you almost need a degree to understand all of their standards. Lots of paper work. I also got the credit card machine up and rolling,all is good! Now we need to have houses to paint. Keep us in your prayers, with the economy not doing so well, we need lots of prayers. This has all been made possible because of God, this business is centered around God. He is the CEO of this company! Given the chance to shine, by example ,it will for Him!  Having the troops for dinner tonight, then they are going to neighborhoods to hang door knob advertisements and coupons. Coupons also coming out in the money mailer (blue envelope) all over the Northside, from the 1st through the 6th of Sept. Watch for them It’s called Five Star Painting. Yippee! Tell um ,Becky said to call and I’ll make sure you get an extra good deal!! Gotta go ,I promised cheese cake,and haven’t even started yet. Yikes! Well another Great Sunday blogsters! The sermon this AM was good. It was about welcoming each other with loving,warm hearts,something I try to improve on each and every day. Sometimes, I feel as though people I don’t even know that well outside of church ,are people that are the closest to me because they automatically feel like family to me. Worshiping together is very intimate,and heartfelt,especially when the worship comes from deep inside our souls. I was blown away by the choir, they sang the most beautiful song talking about always remembering Jesus. The song just echoed throughout the church,I cried it sounded like angels were singing. they showed a video of a young lady mid-20″s who was searching for a place to fit in.She tried clubs,and work,and street corners, several different places,being shunned everywhere she went. the last place she went was church and was snubbed there also, It was so sad it broke my heart. i hope I never fail to see this person in a crowd no matter how big. I wonder how many times I have missed seeing her in the past. Oh well, the important thing being, loving people,no matter where they come from of where they have been. Just like Jesus and the girl at the well, she was beng shunned by an entire city,avoiding the whole city,she runs into Jesus,and He knows her, and all about her, and he strikes up a conversation with her and loves her regardless of her past and even though she was co-habitating at the time, He didn’t judge her,but just loved her. I want to live by His example. How cool is our God! Well I didn’t get on here to preach,sorry I was just loving that sermon,and wanted to share. Hey blog world, Hows your day so far? IT’S FRIDAY!!!!! GET UP AND GET MOVING!!!!!!  This is me talking to myself, I don’t want to get up today, just tired and lazy and have to go to the gym and don’t want to do that for sure. I meet with my trainer and she is new and I’ve heard she just kicks butt! Not in the mood to be killed right now. Guess I’ll drag my lazy self into that shower and use some liquid alarm clock and then I will feel like taking on this crazy world another day. I don’t know what’s going on with this blog,usually it’s fairly private meaning no one ever checks it out,stats pretty much suck. I journal here,but lately I’ve been getting a few views,Yipee! Not much to look at, boring stuff. I could spice it up a little or make it red hot if  I wanted to, but it’s nice to come here and be me. Where else can ya do that? I’m pretty random,and not very good at computer stuff,but I’m learning.Sometimes I go to the wrong places,but I know where the exit button is! I think we are in for an early Fall people. I’m glad the kids don’t have to be hot in school but I’m not ready for our summer to be over. It goes so fast. I love Fall, It’s my favorite season, but I know what follows. YUCK! Hi blogsters, Just a little bit of what’s happening here. Not a whole lot,still putting together Five Star Painting.There’s alot more to putting together a business than meets the eye. It’s all good that’s such a blessing! Lots of knowledge rollin around and plenty of help. Interviewing this evening and tomorrow and however long it takes to find just the right people. So far God has made His presence known in ways too many too mention. i’m feeling much better, went to the Dr. a couple of wks. ago and had my medication increased 10 ml. I deal with depression and my medication was helping, but just not that well.Sometimes the Dr. has to just fine tune it to your body. I call this (tweaked)This take time and patience, which I run a bit short in both. I have no time to feel bad,too much to do! Praise Jesus, I feel great now!! Blessings just pouring in, you would think someone has been praying big time for this girl! Carrie Underwood, on the radio right now. We went to Jesus take the wheel, to tearing up someones car, to not knowing his last name. I think we better have Jesus take the wheel again! Not to much of a fan, way too much exposure! How’s that for a straight up opinion? Now she doesn’t know her last name. Oh well. She needs to take a break,as do I ! I’ve been in this office way toooo long today. Good Morning, Hope you all are having an amazing day so -far. My family had the opportunity to visit the new Lucas Oil Stadium Sun. They got some great pictures! Maybe I can post some of them later. I was blown away, wow! Indiana should be so proud! They had alot to say,all very excited! My daughter was with them and she And I are alot alike her biggest thrill was, get this, A stroller she saw some man pushing with 2 small children in it! Yes, the stroller. She said it caught her eye right away,because you can put a toddler on one side and a little baby on the other side. She made her husband take a picture of it,and told me she just has to find one like it! She doesn’t need a stroller for 2. unless of course, she knows something I don’t yet. Yesterday she came over and wanted to download these pictures on my computer so I can see the staduim and this Stroller, she can’t live without. I was looking at the pictures and yes this place is beautiful.All blue and white. Then up pops this picture of this man pushing this stroller with 2 little ones,and grandpa following behind. It happened to be someone I recognized right away, jeans,brown plaid shirt, tennis shoes and a cap. I asked her who it was, and she said she thought it was someone she recognized but realized she was wrong, what she doesn’t know is that she was right.She was taking a picture of the stroller so I can maybe help her find one, on line or somewhere. No she is not mentally challenged,any way I just left it at that,the man was not wanting to announce his presence he just wanted to see where he was going to be playing football,so I’ll just leave it at that.UN-announced. NO picture posted,at least of the stroller. God is always on my tail about some things in life,just an example of how He lets me know, I’d best be listening. I do listen and pray everyday,  several times all day,I’m just not sure why He ask certain things of me.I just do it! I don’t even know what to pray for ,so even though He says “be specific” in  our prayers,I just cover all I can & hope I get it right. He has hammered certain people deep down in the center of my heart,and what a blessing,and privilege it is.
