Short work week this week.3 days. Yup, Mon,Tues, Wed. We are already off for the 4th so I added Thurs. as a vacation day summing it up to a grand total of a 4 day weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woopty doopt! I hope the wk. end is as beautiful as today was. Nice temps with a bit of wind. Met with a new co-worker today. Everything will be just fine. She is someone who needs some lovin. Hard heart and ruff around the edges. She said her biggest regret in life were her children, she has 4 of them. The more I listened the more I heard a very sad and hard ,cold heart. She must of had a heck of a childhood. I can’t even imagine. God puts people in our paths sometimes that just need a hug,and and some love. My heart broke for her. We are so different in so many ways but I think we will really get along well given a little time. Well I have to go now I’m sleepy and need to go nightzers. Sweet dreams of all your favorite toys. Yeah so I was up way too late last night! Feelin it big time now. Coffee is my best friend right now. A hot shower is gonna feel great. Why do I do that? Last night we went to a fireworks/hero celebration/church service. We had alot of fun but getting out of there was slow. It was worth it though. I think. Sanctus Real was there performing amazing band but not as good as year before last. Connersvine was there then and they are better than amazing!! But it was all good. So today I get a new co-worker and will be training her so I am praying this morning that it will be a good transition and we will work well together. This will be a short wk. with the fourth of July approaching!! YIPPEE !! I love the 4th!! So thats about it for now. Gotta go wash the sand out of my eyes. Whoope, everyone is back to almost normal,,,, what ever normal is. Today I get to sterilize this house and clean up the aftermath of a very violent flu. God pulled me through a tuff week and I am soooo glad it is Saturday! REST sweet REST. God just spoils us rotten doesn’t He ? I think I’ve had a tuff week, I often think about the people in third world countries, a good wk. being………  surviving one more day or hour or minuet. I am so thankful for our freedom, and the people who fight to keep our country free. Talk about surviving. AMEN!!! Prayers for them all each and every day,several times. So….. cleaning and grocery shopping later and maybe I may work in a swim. !!Missing loved so much feeling like I could crawl right out of my own skin,keepin busy best remedy and lots of praying. Listening for His voice ever so carefully, for answers to questions that don’t even make sense. Home from work, taking care of a very sick husband. The stomach flu, mixed with sugar diabetes. Not a good mix. Sugar is supposed to be anywhere from 80 to 120 his is 578 on it’s way down from shooting tons of insulin. Im a pretty good nurse and I’m sure he will be fine with a few prayers and rest. Another beautiful day,warm but really nice outside. It is gonna cool off by Sunday and I’m so glad. This wk. end is the big celebration at Grace Assembly Church. This year Sanctus Real is performing and they have a great show and awesome fireworks afterwards. This church goes all out!! Some have a real problem with that,thinking they should spend money on the homeless and the hungry. So we lost our little angle Farrah Fawcett today she put up quite the fight. We also lost the music legend and genious Michael Jackson. Prayers for God to bring comfort and peace to their families hearts. I’m sure they are just devastated. Im soo sorry for them all. So this evening brings take out probably Chinese and some extra time in reading and listening to some awesome music from my favorite band. Well, Wednesday was great we are quickly approaching the weekend once again; a learning experience beyond belief. More faith related than a working experience. I’ve been praying for wisdom and patients and for all to go well while a co-worker is on vacation. I have built confidence and been reminded that prayer is soooo powerful. I knew this before but it has been sort of a renewal of truth through out this week. So to Him be the glory! Now next week I begin working with a new co-worker and have only heard negative things about this gal. Several people have expressed concern for my well being. LOL!! I will do fine. The battle has been won, it’s just how we respond to things at this point. So, how’s that for a week thus far? Just a summary of my second job, my first being my home life. Much could be improved there and I focus on and pray about it all the time. Every one goes through rough spurts at times,this too will pass. It’s in His time, not my own. Oh by the way, thanks for the prayers I can feel,see, and hear them. Missing loved ones and praying for them also. The power of prayer is just amazing. Today I was all on my own running 7 doctors and 3 physician assistants. It went well…… I hate to honk my horn but……… SMOOTH!!! Yep I did it all on my own without any problems!! Cartwheel front yard!! NOW just 4 more days,and I can say the true initiation will be over. Thanks for the prayers!! Keep it up would ya for the rest of the week. Now I’m home sweet home with some prayers of gratitude on the agenda,as is some oven fried chicken and mashed potatoes and veggies!! It smells good in here. See I do have some talent… cooking and cleaning and running a high volume office full of high maintenance people !! It’s hard keeping everyone happy all of the time. So this wk. is gonna be a true test!! I am alone at work doing my job and my co workers job. She is in Texas for the week. This is my first time flying solo for an entire week. So…… I need some prayers. I know it seems selfish and small when there are so many that need prayer for such serious matters. But God says bring all things to Me in prayer. I’m a little nervous and I just want to do a good job, so I’m giving it to God. I would so appreciate a little prayer. Thanks, I know I have some great prayer warriors out there. OK,now have to get. Running a bit late for a day with family. Gonna cook on the grill, and just smother dad with love all day long,any thing he wants. We are so blessed to have him. Especially me cause I am married to him. Even if he did make me miss my favorite band in the whole wide world yesterday!!! I was so put out with him!!! He was a very bad boy. He’s lucky today is father’s day or eles he would still be in the doghouse big time!!! Maybe I’ll pick up where I left off yesterday with him. OOOOOh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One more chance to see them before fall, he better not screw up this next time; let’s just say I’m sure he won’t!! Well it’s almost 10:00 pm and it is just now starting to get dark outside. I love summer! Fun day with Jesus all around,answers to prayer popping up all over the place. Funny how some days you are just in awe over things you are praying about just staring you right in the face. People I have been praying for starting to smile and hearts being softened, makes me smile and realize how powerful prayer really is. I was trying to explain this to some girls I had in youth group. They don’t understand how much power they truly have, being a child of the King, and laying down serious prayer. It’s just mind blowing ! Very quiet around here tonight just 3 of us for dinner,ended up ordering pizza and salad. Nice very nice. Ready for bed,tomorrow being Thurs. already the wk. end is close by(Father’s Day) My father is in heaven with God but I will be putting flowers on his grave and spending a little time by his grave site.Maybe a music,culinary festival this wk end …. not sure yet.
