Cutting off my own oxygen !!

Hey, been a while. Busy is an understatement! Life just has us by tail and shaken! All is well, had my Zumba teacher back tonight,she has been on vacation for the last 10 days. She kicked booty big time. The sub she had was good just lower impact. Great to be back with her,I mean if your gonna work out you may as well make it count right?  My back is killin me tonight I think I may have gone a little overboard. I am sittin here with ice on it for now, heading to bed shortly. Morning is getting here much too early lately. My precious co-worker got fired last Monday eve. She had too many tardies. I am so heart broken and miss her terribly. She was such a great worker and talented in so many ways. The patients loved her. She was so giving. I still plan on seeing her and spending time with her and her family. Another tornado warning tonight? What the heck!! This is the longest day of the year 6-21 which means tomorrow the days will begin getting shorter. Yuck!! I love the summer time and love it being light outside until 10:00 PM. Enjoying time outside on the patio, my little prayer sanctuary. Love it!  Fathers day was good loved being around loved ones for the day. It’s hard to get everyone together at the same time,we are planning a day at Eagle Creek sunday, picnic and maybe some swimming. Praying for a light heart and for ill feelings to be let go. I know when I have hate in my heart I am cutting off my own air supply. Having a hard time forgiving for the 1st time I can remember. Someone did something way not cool and let someone else take the blame. Bad stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Hate is such a harsh word maybe displeasure would be more like it. I love people and for me to have these feelings toward someone is rare if non existant. Praying for God to move me forward. Well better get moving.
